Automatically write project proposals in seconds. All you need is to answer 13 questions.
Using freelancer experience and ChatGPT!
Writing proposals is annoyingly time-consuming, but proposals are often the first real impression a client gets of you when deciding if they want to hire you or not.
So, they’re annoyingly important too.
This post helps change all of that, and makes writing proposals dead simple.
How it works:
Follow this link, and make a copy of the Google Doc.
Answer the 13 questions provided.
Paste the provided prompt into ChatGPT.
Copy the output into the Google Doc template I made.
Make some final tweaks.
Export your finished project proposal!
It’s really that simple.
What you need:
A Google account
A ChatGPT account (free or paid is fine)
Who this is perfect for:
Freelancers who are just starting out, that need to land clients yesterday.
Freelancers who hate writing proposals, and just need something fast and ready to use out-of-the-box, but that’s still professional and well-put together.
Who this is useful (but not perfect) for:
Freelancers who have their own brand, whereby they might still need to work the output proposal into an existing brand or style.
Freelancers who have complex and multi-layered proposals, that might to merge multiple versions of this template together for their specific offering.
Who this is not for:
Freelancers who build and design proposals with high levels of customisation in tools like Adobe InDesign.
Freelancers who already have a tried-and-tested proposal.
Clients (lol).
